      This is my third time where I have checked in online and have to sit and wait because all but one hair stylist refused to cut my hair. Today there were three associates and two just sat there and talked amongst each other while I had to wait. The last several times, the same associate wouldnt even acknowledge me even taking customers in front of me and made me wait. I have been going there for almost ten years and this treatment is absolutely uncalled for.
