    Firestorm was sent to our home after a tornado went through. They were wonderful at first and made sure everything was boarded up and tarped. As time went on they seemed to slow down with responses and getting busy working on our home. After two months they finally started working on the roof and the outside but was doing a horrible job. The roof has several issues that they did wrong, they were caught covering up things that should have been fixed and was caught smoking something in the house that was not cigarettes. After confronting the workers about the horrible work they were doing one of the owners showed up and was questioning me about what I wanted fixed instead of just correcting things. We had to have them come back and redo work and then we fired them. Our roof is still not fixed right and the siding they put on looks terrible. They left holes in one of the walls and used old 2x4's to replace broken ones. They also promised they would replace our shed and get our broken trees taken down that never happened. They were asked several times to retarp the shed so we didnt lose any more than we had and that never happened. We lost alot of things that were stored in there. This company is horrible, they lie alot. I would not recommend them for anything.

    In response to this complaint, I would like to clarify a few things.  On the "delay" of getting started, your deposit was made on 6/19/2023 for half of the amount it was to be.  We still moved forward with the roof, and it was completed in 6/22/2023.  From the time of the loss, you had to get a check from your insurance carrier, one that you did not receive and had to be reissued.  You raised concerns and we came back to address your concerns and have text messages from you to the installer saying thank you and you were happy with the items we addressed.  In regard to the trees and the barn, we secured the most valuable item, your home.  It became clear we weren't going to continue on either party's part, and you asked us to address the concerns and move on.  If you asked us not to do anymore work, why would remove the trees and replace the barn?  We had gone separate ways.  To the claim that someone working inside your home was "smoking something other than cigarettes", that is hard to figure.  We didn't work in the house, only did the siding and roof.  We did have packout folks for your contents.  However, none of the workers that were in your home on the packout smoke.  If you have any proof, such as photos or who it was, I will offer a refund of 10% of all monies paid to us for work completed.  It is a terrible tragedy to be hit by the tornado.  I do feel badly for this family for going through this.  Should there be any issues with quality of work we offer a 24-month warranty on all work completed.  I will gladly send out the sub-contractor that she was pleased with, and texted verification of this, to do any warranty work, at no cost to the homeowner.  Also, I will add an additional year to the warranty at no cost to the homeowner as a sign of good faith.  I am certainly open to help the homeowner in any way and will certainly address any concerns.
