    - On September 28, **** came to repair my freezer, brazing in a new fitting and recharging the system.- ****, told me that if it discharged again, there is a possible fix by replacing all the factory tubing from the compressor to the evaporator and quoted me a price of $550.00 for the job.- Early November my freezer failed again and I requested the $550 complete bypass repair.- November 8th ****** came, he wasnt prepared to do the bypass I requested. The braze job **** did was leakinghe repaired the leak but didnt do the bypass as requested. To my surprise, I was charged to repair a leak I had already paid to be repaired! - Early January the freezer failed again again I requested the $550 full system bypass from compressor to evaporator as quoted. - On January 18th ****** came however he didnt have any of the needed supplies to do the work I requested. He found a leak at the same braze and measured for needed materials. I was charged againthree times I was charged to repair faulty repairs by Marshall Mechanical! Even that invoice referred to my request to have the $550 complete bypass preformed.- I then received a quote for $1,188.00 to do the bypass **** quoted me to cost $550! I pleaded to check the 116% increase from ***** quote to no avail! I was forced to sign the artificially inflated quote, or the work would not be scheduled.- On January 23rd ****** arrived to finally do the complete bypass from compressor to the evaporator. ****** stopped short of the complete bypass I authorized. He only replaced the from the compressor to where it enters the back of the unitabout 5 short and 3 hours less labor than was in the estimate. Despite the saving of labor and materials, Marshall Mechanical still billed me $1,188 as if the work was completed and well above the original quote by ****. Bait and switch - Quote low and bill high - do only half of the requested, call it done and bill for work not done! Provide faulty repairs and charge to repair again!
