    My husband and I purchased a tombstone on 11/1/2010. At that time *** (owner) said when you pass away just call and we will put the date of death. Fortunately the tombstone was completed and put where we requested. My husband passed away 8/5/2022 and I still cannot get them to return my calls to have the death put on the tombstone. Only one month did I not call at least twice. Sometimes you can leave a message and other times you can't. I am not in the area so a friend stopped by one day and ***'s wife said yes they were getting my calls and would call. They have not. This is very upsetting and they need to be put out of business.

    I paid $1400.00 for a monument (one half of total price of $2820.55) on 8-26-2021. The check was cashed on 8-27-2021. The monument was supposed to be put in place in the spring of 2022. I check every week. They will not answer or return calls. I stop by the office every visit, and no one is there. Fifteen months and no answer or reasons given for delay. I have copies of the contract and the cashed check from the bank.At this point I want my money back and no further dealing with this company.***********************

    I purchased a monument for my daughter *********************************** June 8 2021 paid franklin monument $1605.00 have not received monument and unable to gat in contact with co. Have been back to business several times and called numerous times no luck.
