    I contacted DC regarding roof tarps that had been destroyed by recent storm. Their representative assessed the damage and replaced the damaged tarps as well as removing a damaged section of gutter that same afternoon. The work performed was excellent and super timely..DC puts customer service before money. Good Christisn values. Great people!

    We have been so impressed with DC Roofing and are thankful we hired them for our job. They are a reputable company and we would highly recommend them! Not only do they do beautiful work with timely efficiency and expert craftsmanship, but they also personally care for their customers and fight for the rights of homeowners. In our particular case, ** Roofing did a complete replacement our roof and roof decking. We were actually out of town when the work happened; as you can imagine, we were a little concerned about this. However, the amount of integrity shown by ***** and his crew was unmatched. He updated us consistently throughout each day with tons of pictures & written updates. When the crew ran into a potential insurance conflict, ***** stopped the work immediately, video-called with our insurance, and then contacted the local county code enforcer. The code officer confirmed that the specific issue was not up to code. Since we pay for ***************** in our insurance policy, DC Roofing continued with the work & brought our roof up to code. However, after the job was completed, our insurance company refused to uphold the *************** part of our policy and refused to pay for the code work done. This resulted in thousands and thousands of dollars unexpectedly added to our bill. We were devastated. Instead of saying, ?Sorry, we tried our best, but there?s nothing else we can do; here?s your bill,? ** Roofing actually came to our defense and fought against the insurance company with us! Large amounts of time and energy were spent fighting for us and standing up for what is right. We had never before seen a company fight for its customers like ** Roofing has. ** Roofing is not only is exceptional at their craft, but they truly care about their customers & are not afraid to fight large insurance companies for what is right. We are extremely grateful for ***** and all the team members at ** Roofing. We recommend them for any job!

    ******, it was our absolute pleasure to have worked with you. Im sorry that it has literally been a 4 year battle with State Farm to get this bill paid. However we are persistent and will continue to fight this for you in order to force State Farm to pay what they owe. It has been an absolute joke of them to deny your ordinance and law endorsement even after the code officials called it out. This is not only illegal but an act of bad faith just as it was for them to deny your right to appraisal which is number 4 of your policy. However the battle continues, the class action lawsuit cases on State Farm are continuing to build. I understand they dont want to pay the $14,000 in decking because at that time a sheet of OSB was the highest in history at $83 per sheet. However this is not your problem, it is theirs and its covered in your premiums. I will continue the fight and the exposure of State Farms bad business practices along with everyone of their agents that continue to deflate my company. Persistence and dedication always win.Thank you for your patience while we continue this battle 4 years later.

    *** was a pleasure to work with. Helped us navigate insurance claim after a storm. Adjuster came out inspected our home then offered us less than $10k to replace roof and repair interior. *** handled that situation and at the end $75k worth of repairs were done to our home. Not costing ** a dime! Greatly appreciate all you did for **. Easy communication with office staff and handled any issues with had. Definitely recommend
