    Purchased magnetic starter used debit card ****** said the *** machine didn't go through and he really didn't know how to use the machine. Husband asked ****** if he wanted him to pay in cash. Starter was paid with cash. Look at our checking account and the *** machine was working so the magnetic starter was paid twice. ****** and the gal that answers the phone refuse to credit our checking account or refund cash for their error.Receipt dated May 10 2024 in the amount $214.00.****** and ***** sent a receipt to my email around June 28th that the charge was reversed. I called the bank and ****** and ***** did not refund my account in the amount of $222.54. Called several times spoke to ***** she said she would have to talk to her people I asked what people she said credit card company. ****** tells me to call ***** in a half an hour. I call back and he hangs up. This was purchase was in June not May. I paid 2x's and would appreciate any help on getting a refund for the debit charge.
