  **** Ridley, CEO. Did horrible work on my bathroom in December 22. A new contractor found plumbing in my wall that was not up to code. Not only was it not up to code but it leaked. He originally told me he was licensed to work in ********. It was recently discovered that he is not a licensed plumber. In a discussion about his work he never took responsibility for the work and lied about our previous discussions about the work. The electrical wiring was not up to code as well. He was told it was not up to code and he told us he fixed it and closed the ceiling. it was recently discovered that he did not fix that either. **** is not a reputable contractor or man.The over all work in the bathroom was shotty. From the finishing to the tile work. And every contractor who has been in my bathroom has stated that the wrong grout was used There was also uneven and chipped off floor tile. I would strongly suggest not using this contractor for your work.

  Ridley Construction Group completed a kitchen remodel project at my home. Unfortunately, the quality of the work performed was significantly below our expectations, and despite numerous requests for rectification and several return visits by the contractor, the issues remained unresolved. Ultimately, we had to hire other professionals to correct the problems caused by this contractor.The major issues we encountered with Ridley Construction Groups work included:1.Improper Plumbing Installation: An accordion pipe was installed under the kitchen sink with a garbage disposal attached, which caused plumbing problems and was not up to code.2.Defective Flooring: The floating floor buckled shortly after installation. Although the contractor removed and reinstalled the floor, the buckling and shifting issues persisted.3.Poor Floor Transitions and Trim Work: The floor transitions and quarter round were messily installed, resulting in an unsightly appearance and unsafe conditions. 4.Gaps in Flooring: There were large gaps between the flooring and the threshold leading outside.5.Cabinet Damage: After the removal of a microwave, a cabinet was left with ventilation holes in both the top and bottom, which were not addressed or repaired.These issues demonstrate a lack of professionalism and craftsmanship on the part of Ridley Construction Group.

  I'm taking the time out of my day to leave a review because unfortunately no one else has. And I'd feel guilty knowing someone out there might make the mistake of actually thinking these people are competent and hire them. I made the mistake of hiring them for a ***********/shower remodel. Ended up with a new creaking tub, loose tub faucet, and off centered shower hardware. They came to my house three times and the issues were still not addressed. Turns out they dont do mortar beds for acrylic tubs(I had to walk them throught it), they replaced my copper piping with pex for the tub spout, and the shower hardware are way off centered with holes that are too big behind them.
