    They lied to us and the mortgage company. Before the purchase was set in motion, they explained to my son and I that the manufactured home we were purchasing had new roofing and windows. We had contacted them multiple times after moving in about our issues and nothing was done. Also, the price of the home was higher due to the mortgage company believing the roof and windows were new. In the winter air was coming in through all the windows due to them not being sealed properly and rain comes into the house through all the windows and the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. Its so much moisture that mushrooms now grow through my carpet.
