    On September 7, 2024, I went to the ************ take 5 location for the first time for an oil change, air filter and wiper blade replacement,these services cost me $126.30. Shortly thereafter all of the maintenance lights in my vehicle came on, prompting me to take the vehicle to ***** ***** on September 30, 2024. ***** stated there was "something clogging the *** from aftermarket oil change". I allowed ***** to rechange the oil. The diagnostic test and oil change cost $249.95, not including the $53.49 shop fee. I've waited this long to send an email/file a complaint because I wanted to make sure the oil change was the issue. To date there have been no further issues.I was hoping for a refund for my oil change and a refund for my service to *****. I've attached a receipt from ***** and from the Take 5 oil change to this email.

     I am rejecting this response because: it provides no resolution to their error. Which, LET ME BE VERY CLEAR, is their error. They are implying their oil service caused no harm to my vehicle which defies logic. Simply put: My vehicle was working properly prior to the oil change. I go to their facility, then have problems. Following their service I take my car to the dealer, they recommend a new oil change due to issues related to their service, then, suddenly, I have no issues. I think its more than probable and reasonable their company caused the issue. I have provided documentation from the dealer (who are certified by ***** to work on the vehicle unlike the employees at this nonsense establishment). Additionally, their response to this compliant and their lack of response in general(five unanswered emails) show an unprofessional business owner that simply does not care about the quality of the service their business provides. Simply put, their business and service are nonsense. Their unprofessional and disrespectful response seems to be par for the course with these people. Horrible people that run a horrible business. Very fitting.
