    I was parked at my uncles home on September 22nd, 2022 at ****************** apartments in ************ *******. I was ** a ****** rental vehicle literally in town for a couple days to celebrate my grandmother and they state they towed my vehicle from my uncles apartment while it was parked because the tags were expired. How is that my fault and how is a tow reasonable for this situation. They literally fish for toes and to overcharge people. A ticket from a cop would have been cheaper than me paying them 300 to get my vehicle. They wanted 340 initially for the vehicle they had not had for 24 hrs which they towed it to their building which is 12 min from my uncles house. This tow and price is extremely unethical and I would like with a full refund or partial refund. They gave me 3 different totals within one day with outrageous amounts for a vehicle they had not had for 24 hrs. There are so many complaints for this company and this needs to be reviewed as I feel robbed.

    This complex is under a contract and we tow for the reasons in which they hired us. You left out the fact that we discounted the tow for you and also stayed late for you to pick up your car. We did not rent you a car with expired plates, so why would that fall on us. Please understand this is our last and only response, we will not be giving a refund considering the rental agency should and will issue a refund for their mistake. Im sorry you feel this way and i hope the rental company issues a refund. I will call them today and push the matter considering we are a fleet towing company for them as well.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I have spoken with the rental company on today and they have agreed to refund me. I am still not accepting the response from this company because at the end of the day you all are still wrong for towing the vehicle that did not have a visible expiration date on it. You were fishing for tows and had you ran plate you would have seen it was a rental car and took that into consideration but instead still waited until night when people are sleep and took the vehicle as it had been parked all day. I dont care that you all stayed late and took money off. You had no business trying to charge me almost 400 dollars to retrieve the vehicle in the first place.  You had not even had the car for 24 hrs. I am done with this matter as the rental facility did refund me however you all need to conduct business better. Good day.

    We patrol this property from 6pm to 6am, we are not the police department and can not run plates. We pride ourselves in the work we do and have ran the numbers a million times with local law enforcement and have proved that towing for expired plates/no Plates lowers crime rate for the complexes in this region. You got reimbursed and still are not happy. What can we do to make you happy?

    I want this company to stop overcharging people and being so unprofessional when it comes to customer concerns. Im done with this. Goodbye.

    I took my car to them in December for repairs and was charged over **** dollars. They attempted to bring my car to several times and each time it wouldn't start, finally after 6months they brought me my car and while it started upon taking it to get emissions done I found out they damaged my car to the point it wouldn't pass emissions and 2 days later wouldn't start again. The owner refused to correct the problem they created nor return any of my money. There's major issues with my car that I didn't have when I took it to them
