      On April 26th 2023 I had my car towed to Binos towing services *** for repairs. My car was not running he The owner (****) informed me that he could fix it. He ran a diagnostic test and informed me that my Vehical needed a cam shaft sensor, an engine flush and an oil change. I went to purchase the parts and brought them back to him. He performed the job to no avail. The car still wouldnt start even though he insured me that it would. He then sent me a text msg informing me that my engine was dead and I would need a new one. He informed me that I could keep my vehicle parked at his shop until i was able to come get it and take it to an engine mechanic. But he never informed me of a storage fee. He initially told me that the total cost for his service was $250 dollars for the diagnostic test and thats what i was expecting to pay when I was able to come get my vehicle. However when I called him he informed me that I owed him $2350.00. $250.00 (diagnostic test)$1,100.00 (storage fee)My complaint: bino towing services *** never informed me of any storage fee, verbally nor via written contract and I believe that this is an unfair business practice. He is basically refusing to release my car into my possession. I informed him that I will pay for the diagnostic test. But Im refusing to pay for the undisclosed storage fee. For I believe that this is a deceptive practice. Also. After constant attempts to contact the owner to no avail I decided to go up to the shop to check on my car. He allowed me access to the yard and I noticed that my passenger window had been left down tue entire summer while outside. Rain and other factors damaged leather seats. So not only did he fail to disclose a daily storage fee, he also failed to properly secure my vehicle causing further damage.
