    While out of state, I contacted Boost mobile about a cellphone being stolen. They told me to go to the boost store and i was debilitated. without transportation. I Got to the store eventually and the boost store gave me a number to call for insurance to replace the phone.however. once i called the number the told me to go back to the store. This kept happening until the phone bill was due. I told the customer service rep that i only had the phone for 1-2 Days before it was stolen. and That i had just paid the bill and that i should be technically be receiving credit. I then upon arriving back to the place of purchase, they insisted that they will not suspend the phone number. however due to their tower having problems i could not pay my bill ******* I had complications with getting back and forth to the boost store that i purchased the phone from. And i had no cell phone for several months. I am still trying to recover my number. and the sales associates are without resolution.
