    The demo of our back deck was done 2nd week if July & was not completed & never was cleaned up, we had to do that from our end. The instal of the ******* was July 16th. During the Demo they damaged a portion if our newly installed back sliding door & on install of the Pergola they tore a hole in the screen door by letting a ladder fall into it. They never said anything, they just left it. I let **** know & he came out & stated he knows that Renewal by ******** has a warranty, which means he is relying on our insurance throu them to fix the damage they caused. The wood they used was never inspected by them & was not installed according to code. the only place the secured the Pergola other than the concrete was the siding of the *********** never sealed that. they used very bad wood that was too small for the project & is very unsafe. There are exposed nails through out & through various support beams. it was not constructed with any brackets to hold the support in place & as a result it is falling apart. They rushed the process & even admitted that to me & never cleaned up after their work & left that for us to do. The structure is not secure & any kind of decentwind will crumble it. Contact was made for them to fix the issue but we were blown off & last night I reached my boiling point & was told I would receive a call this morning & was blown off again. This business seems not to care what kind of safety issues they caused & to resolve them at all. I have sent pictures of all this to them with no response from them regarding them. This is a complete disaster that they need to be held accountable for.
