      I purchased a product from Walnut Creek Outdoors which turned out to be defective, as the camo paint was chipped and peeling. After contacting Walnut Creek Outdoors, I was told by one of their associates (*****) that they do not provide return labels and would not refund the return shipping costs. I further responded by asking if there was a manager or supervisor that I could speak with regarding this issue; however I was never contacted back after leaving my email and cell number.Ironically, the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from a company that advertises this message on the homepage of their website: "After nearly ******************************************* one form or another the Norton family continues to bring great products, great prices, and best of all great customer service to local and online customers throughout the world."
