      To the ******** Family,Your family being the property owner here at ***************** have control over all yard, sidewalks and buildings.The rent increases at least every year but why cant you hire a reputable yard maintenance company to take care of your property. I pay rent on time every month for over 7 yrs and never been late or missed a payment. At least 3 or 4 times and probably more the grass has been so high my neighbors dog has gotten lost in it. Ive actually seen the grass so tall like earlier this week when the wind blows it reminds me of wheat swaying. Im not exaggerating or being humorous. Finally when you do hire a company t for yard maintenance they do such a horrible job its pathetic. Lately the sidewalks arent even blown off or swept and Im tracking cut grass etc into my clean swept apt. Then youll complain about the apt not clean enough when I move out so you can pocket my deposit.PLEASE retain a yard maintenance company who will properly maintain the grounds. Open your coffers just a bit and pay the money.Being cheap and/or frugal with other peoples living conditions isnt the right thing to do.I hope this finds its way to someone who can fix the problem.Thank you ***** ******* #5

      Mother lived there for 10 years and passed away. We cleaned the apartment and was even told by the leasing agent that it looked "wonderful". Spoke to her a few weeks later to ask about security deposit and was told they withheld approx $150 due to a **** in the kitchen floor. However, the rest, approx $200, would be refunded. A couple of weeks later received a bill in the mail stating we owed $200.00. Not sure what happened except someone decided to be greedy. Shame on them!!!!
