  We hired Cardinal Exteriors to do our roof at the beginning of May but because of rain he couldnt get done until June but they did an excellent job. We would do business with them again.

  We had a new roof and some siding put on after recent tornado damage. Some delays because of weather and insurance delays. Our old house has a lot of roof peaks and is very difficult and dangerous. They did a good job.

  Hired this company for vinyl soffit and gutter work. The first subcontractors he brought in did absolutely horrendous work. It looked like grade schoolers did it. They also did over $600 damage to my personal vehicle in the driveway. When I threw a fit, the owner said I was being too picky when he realized I wasnt paying for this mess, he brought in a different person to redo what had been done and the second person did a decent job. I guess one thing that was my fault was it didnt specify the gutters would be seamless and they put in cheap seamed gutters. I havent seen a contractor install seamed gutters for years and just assumed a reputable company would use high quality materials. They leaked from the start. They sealed them but still leaked. I repaired them myself because I didnt want them back on my property. It took over 4 months to get the money for the damage to my vehicle. I kept getting the excuse I dont have the money. The owner would not even call me. All he did was text me. Dont waste your money on this company. 1 star is the lowest possible rating you can leave or it would be zero

  Cardinal Exteriors operations manager did a good job explaining how the job was to be done and the materials to be used and the time it would take to do an approximately **** sqft roof. I am about 95 % satisfied with the new roof.Things I did not like:The job was suppose to be completed in one day. The crew tore the old roof off, but then didnt have materials to reroof and became upset and sit at my house unsupervised most of the afternoon. The shingles did not arrive at time promised, but just seemed like poor planning on Cardinals part.The drip edge that was put on was crooked in several spots and this caused the bottom layer of shingles to look wavy in those areas. This may not hurt anything, but cosmetically, it looks shoddy!The rain guttering had minor damage in one spot and leaked in another spot.The operations manager seemed to be more accomidating while getting the job than afterwards. I have still not gotten a copy of the correct warranty.This is my honest review of the work done for me!

  This company did my mothers roof and mine and they were excellent. *** had to call them out again to fix a hole in the roof where a tree hit it and they have been excellent. I wont be using anyone else to do this type of work. They have always been great to deal with.
