Here's the full version again for easy copying:---To Whom It May Concern,I am filing a formal complaint against Crossroads Pantry (a ************ station) due to ongoing sexual harassment, retaliation, and hostile workplace conditions I experienced during my employment.I was hired under manager ****** and later promoted to Assistant after her demotion. The business was owned by ***** and Tria (children of the original owners). I never worked for their parents.During my time there, I was subjected to sexually inappropriate behavior by *****. When I reported this to Tria, I was asked to sign a document confirming our discussion and told ***** would no longer be allowed in the store. She also mentioned I wasnt the first to report this.After reporting him, I was met with retaliation:I was demoted and denied access to assistant duties and paperwork.I was placed on night shifts only, despite my childcare responsibilities.Requests for adjusted hours or return to prior duties were ignored.A fellow manager who also reported ***** was suddenly ******** schedule was often changed last minute without noticeseemingly to cause missed shifts and avoid paying unemployment.I was unknowingly scheduled for a morning shift (after consistent night shifts), then penalized for not showing up. My remaining shifts, including a premium holiday shift, were removed.Despite promises, I later learned ***** was allowed back into the store, showing a clear disregard for employee safety and integrity.This environment lacked proper accountability or grievance processes. I request that the BBB document this complaint and investigate Crossroads Pantry, and encourage further review by labor and civil rights authorities.*********,******* ******
