    I am writing this because my experience with this company has not necessarily been similar to that of other reviewers here. 9/7/23 - I placed an order for 2 boxes of their 9mm Incendiary/Tracer ammunition. Stated in the description is that each box contains 12 bullets. 9/11/23 - I receive a shipping notification via my SHOP app. The bullets had shipped and have an eta of the following day. Everything is great at this point, I was about to receive some really cool ammo only 5 days after ordering. Well, here is where everything takes a turn for the worst. 9/12/23 - The box is here, I hurry to grab a knife and crack it open. To my surprise there is two boxes of 6 rounds, as opposed to the two boxes of 12 rounds I thought I was ordering. This quickly made this purchase not worth it. I went ahead and wrote then wrote a polite, yet firm email explaining that my purchase had only been half fulfilled. I presented two reasonable options. Option one, preferably make this correct by shipping out the rest of my order. The second, less preferable option is to just refund half of my money. 9/14/23 - At this point in time, while writing this review I still have not received a reply back regarding my issue. Admittedly, it has only been two business days, however I noticed that not getting help fixing issues seems to be a trend popular with Solvent Trapper customers. If anything changes regarding my order, I will happily reconsider my review.

    They shipped my order to the billing address instead of my shipping address. And now I can't get ahold of anyone. I still have not received my order. I got a UPS confirmation that it shipped and arrived, but at the wrong address. Was supposed to ship to the SHIPPING address not billing address. I will leave a good review when they fix their mistake.
