      This company is trying to bill me for a service that they did not perform. On Nov. 26, 2024 we had them come and place bait in our front yard to eliminate moles. We paid them $199.00 for this service. We did not give them permission to return and place more bait after that time. However one of their technicians returned on Dec. 19, 2024 and claims to have placed additional bait in our yard. Now they are billing us an additional $75.00! We were not home when this technician stopped by but a neighbor directly across the street saw him and told me that the technician did NOT do anything at that time. Since the company could not contact us prior to sending a technician to our home and we knew nothing about this supposed service we will not pay the $75.00 they have billed us! This company is very dishonest and any and all future customers should beware of using their services!!!

      Virginia, We apologize you felt so strongly upset to submit a negative review for a follow up service. I was at your home on the initial service and explained that mole treatments are not a one and done treatment as they are a living rodent that is tunneling in the unknown areas of your yard. Follow Up treatments were explained as recommended for the second service, two weeks post initial application. I can't speak for the neighbors observations, however we document all products used and our vehicles are GPS monitored to confirm all appointment work order in and out times are consistent with vehicle locations. We also apologize you were not home during this service, however it was explained that no one was needed to be home as it is an outside only service. I personally made the pre call to the phone number we had on file prior to arriving at your home. We take pride in serving our customers with professional, affordable and environmentally responsible pest control services. Your invoice has been credited off and your account has been documented.
