    On Jan 20th we were given ***** (owner of 360 Pref) info to repair our Brake line leak. He responded and came out on 1/21 and quoted us $300 for repair. He stated he would have to pick up parts and would return that weekend. Contacted us on Sunday (1/22) stating he was picking up parts and would return. However, he never contacted us or returned. On Jan 23rd ***** contacted us stating he lost his phone and could come out for repair on Weds (1/25). When he came out he stated he repaired the brake line, he removed the travel fee because he never returned Sunday. We paid him $400. He stated keep pressing on the brake line to build pressure, which we did back and forth in the driveway however we still didnt have brakes, and it was still leaking brake fluid. We contacted ***** and he stated he was at a customers house and he would move around appts. That was the last conversation we had with him. He never returned to fix the brakes we paid for. We called, emailed and texted 360 Pref. several times and gave him over 10 days to come back and contact us, and he never responded. We were in the process of selling the bus and had to get this repaired. We hired another company to repair the brake line. We found out that ***** used an incorrect hose and clamps to repair the high pressure hydraulic brake line, he tightened them so much it crushed the steel brake line. We are asking for a refund of our $400 due to ***** never repair the brake line as stated and never returned to attempt(even after our several phone calls, emails and texts) to fix the problem. We gave ***** ample time to correct his mistake and he refused to respond. Note: Attached pictures of the incorrect hose he attempted to use for repair & invoice.
