I purchased a microwave oven online from Elkhart RV Parts on August 2nd, 2024. The delivery date was supposed to be August 20th. When it didn't arrive I sent an email as their website requests for "a quicker response time". When I heard nothing after 24 hours I left a voicemail and also left a text. Being suspicious of such poor customer service, I checked the ********************'s website to see that this company is clearly scamming people. I know it's only been 48 hours since my microwave was past due, but I clearly need to get in line if there is any hope of recovering my money.Details:PayPal purchase of $303.21 on August 2nd from *********************************** Order $5055 for 1: Greystone 1.1 cu ft Convection Microwave, Stainless Steel **********/D100N30ASPRIII-B5-FR01 Scheduled to be delivered by *** on August 20th. I ordered a sofa on 7/18/2023, they sent the wrong color with R&L Trucking. I sent the sofa back and they were to send the correct one. As of today's date 5/17/2024 I have not received the correct one and they will not get back with me, I have texted, emailed and called them numerous times. If they are not going to send me the sofa, I will need a refund so I can purchase one from another company.Business Response

We are responding to this complaint. The customer states she shipped back the original item. We have never received the item nor have we seen any shipping details (tracking) for the return. We will try to track down the item through the original vendor. We are refunding the customer so she can go purchase elsewhere.

Cancelled order for rv fireplace insert. Initially there were 3 deductions from our account, 2 were returned after contacting our bank. Supplier has not responded to phone calls or emails.Supplier changed description of order to "lodging" and bank deducted $301.21 from our account. Order #**** placed on February 6th. Have called them at least 10 times only getting voice mail. Have texted twice per their instructions but no response. Have chatted several times on their site but no response. Have emailed at least 6 times and no response. First I tried to learn status and tracking numbers now I just want my order cancelled. They charged my card the day I ordered February 6th but seems it was never shipped.Business Response

Ordered an electric fireplace on 1-08-2024. It arrived a few weeks later. We did not even open the box bc when our *** driver went to hand the big package to my husband you could hear the shattered glass pieces rattling. So we declined the package and sent it back. I immediately tried calling this company to let them know. No answer. Left several voice mails. No returned call. I've since sent text and sent many emails stating the problem. At first I was fine with them sending a replacement. Not now. It's been over a month with ZERO communication. I want a refund. I have filed a dispute with PayPal. I can not believe this company is still in business after all the negative reviews online, here, and ********* This has to stop. We working people work hard for our money. Elkhart rv parts do the right thing and good things will come your way. Treating customers like this is NO WAY to run a business. I want my refund! This is the 1st company I've ever had to report. Ordered a fireplace for ******. Been over 2 weeks with no response. *** called, texted and emailed multiple times a day trying to get a hold of someone at this company. Website stated items ship within 48hrs. Still nothing. No confirmation or anything. But they sure charged my card right away!!!!
