On 12/14 2023 I went to the good feet store to inquire about a problem that I was experiencing with my feet. I've had flat feet all my life but I've started to experience circulatory problems also. After discussing the problem with the sales person, he told me that by restoring my arches that it would help restore better circulation in my feet. So based on that recommendation I purchased the arch supports for ******* with my debit card. Following the instructions given me I proceeded to use the supports and at first it seemed to help. After 3 weeks I started to experience pain in the back of my left foot which progressively got worse in the days ahead. I then went to my podiatrist and he told me that because of the steep arch in the supports I developed tendinitis in my Achilles tendon. He suggested I ** the support with the least arch which is called the relaxer in the good feet program. The problem persisted and I then contacted by email the good feet company's online website on 1/14/2023 and explained the situation the same as I've explained to you with no response. Since I can't use the supports at all now I feel I was taken advantage of and would like my money back. I know they claim a no refund policy, but I feel like I was given the wrong information regarding the benefits of the Good Feet orthotics. And I feel some responsibili** in entering the purchase, I don't want a full refund, but at least half the purchase price.

12-27-2023 went to the good foot store as my right foot rolls outwards. *** said we can fix that. Had me try on 3 different inserts in my shoes and I told him that made it roll worse. I have foot pain and it made it worse and he kept telling me it will go away and you wont have to wear your ankle brace with these inserts. The next day I tryed them again and the pain was stinging and throbbing like never before. I have had X-ray and MRI done on my foot and the Dr said I needed an insert to raise the outside of my foot in to level it out as it pulls the tendons. I kept telling *** with ever insert it feeling like my foot is rolling out more and more. I bought shoes there hoping for a fresh start and $1862.75 later I am sick over this. I was talked right into something that will not benefit my feet at all. He told me I didnt need to wear my ankle brace the Dr. gave me. The brace holds my ankle from rolling outwards. I am lost spent that money on inserts that dont help at all. He said come back we will make it right anytime at any store. Well theres no refund so how can they make it right
