    Modern Visionary Properties buys homes and flips then for profit using unqualified and unlicensed contractors. They knowingly employ ***************************** as "operating manager" and as the home renovation contractor which includes plumbing to which he is not licensed in the ****************. This shady contractor replumbed the ****s home we purchased with illegal and unsafe plumbing which was then intentionally concealed. He intentionally cut through a floor joist support beam to add plumbing to a bathroom they added and compromised the structure of the beam causing it to crack, he then put a bathtub over that beam with nothing supporting it and concealed his work. Our entire home needs replumbed and replaced due to the EXTENSIVE issues throughout the entire home. This also means having to replace all the finishing work and flooring to be able to properly get the plumbing work done in a safe to code working manner. Modern Visionary Properties along with ***************************** continue to buy homes in the Michiana area and other states and remodel without legal qualified contractor licenses. Our home had 2 full baths and 1 half bath and my family of 6 are down to one shower that's usable in one bathroom which must be resealed at the drain after each use or it leaks into the downstairs foyer, and one sink in another bathroom that's usable, but constantly backs up because the plumbing was done so poorly. There is illegal and not to code plumbing in every corner of our home from the kitchen, washer, water heater, waste drains, they left corroded galvanized pipes that are cracked and leak. There are also numerous electrical issues that we haven't been able to investigate due to the severity of our plumbing problems, with the plumbing work being as shady and unsafe as it is, we're afraid the electrical will be just as bad which is scary and a potential fire Hazzard. All of this work was concealed in a manner that would not be evident during our inspections.
