I immediately contacted the vendor asking what the address was that they put, and they responded (please see the uploaded document for more), and I responded back letting them know they put in the wrong city/zip code. I informed them that the address should be (please see the uploaded document for more), and I have not gotten any response back up to this date. I'm just trying to either get a refund or a replacement of the order I made.

    I purchased an item from their website. The product was an Alpha Lion supplements. The product was listed on the website with a description and a picture of all the contents included in the package. When I received the product I was missing one of the four products that were supposed to be in the package. When I contacted nutristop they admitted that the picture and the description was correct, but it was a mistake on their part. Even though they admitted the mistake they wouldn't honor the package deal. They then asked me to pay for the return of the item.

    I purchased a supplement on 19 May 2024 and it still has not shipped. I attempted to contact the company via email and online chat but havent gotten any response. My main concern is that the business had me verify my ID due to different billing and shipping addresses. I had to take a picture of my drivers license. Hindsight probably not a good idea but Id like a refund if this is a fake business.

    I placed an order on 04/04/2024. This is the 4th or 5th order I have placed with the business, I have never had issues before. I spent $69.57, I was charged that amount and same day I was sent tracking info. The tracking still says carrier awaiting item, it is 04/16/2024. I have been emailing, texting, calling, "chatting" on their website for 5 days now, and I have yet to receive a response. On the website and the emails they send pertaining to the order, it says, "Most orders are shipping out the same or next business by our team. (No drop shipping funny business some stores pull that delay the process..)" Also says they have "Top-Notch Support" I believe these are blatant lies!! I just want my money refunded and we can go our separate ways. Order #********** **** tracking ********************** With previous orders, I have paid more for *** shipping and it is much faster. I have used the **** before and the tracking number has never updated past the "awaiting item" and my order still arrived, on time.

    The product they sent me is bad and not usable. They will not response to any emails.

    We are very sorry to hear that you arent enjoying your product. 

    We typically accept return/exchanges of products that are unopened with the original manufacturer seals in tact. However, with hearing there are concerns over the quality of your product, we could offer an exchange for a new one if you would like. 

    I would be able to send you a return label for the one you received and could ship a new pre workout for you! I would just need your shipping address confirmed then I would be happy to get that taken care of for you. I could also include a bucked up shaker for you!

    Honestly, I dont want another product from you as the way this has already gone. *** tried communicating for over a month and not one returned message. I finally threw your order out as I was tired of holding on to it.

    I ordered 76 dollars of supplements and nutrashop won't send it because it's a scam. I tried contacting them 10 times. It's been unshipped according to tracking and they won't send it.     I received a product that had a tamper seal ripped. I have tried over ten times, through email and message, to reach the company. It's been 2 weeks and no reply. My patience is wearing thin. I just want a refund for a damaged product.

    I ordered 3 supplements Jan 6th $ *****. Its now Feb 19th, I tried many times to contact seller about Delay? Not 1 email back, They did make a tracking # same day as purchase then Nothing. I did receive a e mail asking how I liked the products I never received! *****************
