      Due to health issues I was unable to stay at my home at ***************************************************************** I called and left a message on their voicemail ask no one was answering the phone and told them that I was sorry but that as of September 30th 2022 I would no longer be requesting trash service at my residence I then receive a letter through email and regular mail that I have been suspended because I didn't pay my bill, what bill I canceled my service. Now I have received another bill through an email and they want $140. They very rarely picked my trash up on time or even the day it was supposed to be they would leave stops all over town and never come back and pick us up trash had been dumped over my yard one day and they did send someone back to pick it up that day I think only because my daughter called and did a lot of complaining for me. They're container with ****'s trash on the logo has been sitting at my house in Russellville since September full of trash not picked up and dumped just sitting there. I have sent another email to the company explaining the exact same thing I have in this statement I have been very kind as my late husband worked for a trash company for 35 years and I understand the headaches that go with this but customer ********************** in my opinion with ****'s there is none, their people on their trash trucks are deplorable, rudest guys on the back of those trucks, I just want them to get me out of their system and quit billing me, I wish I had been given the opportunity to find a trash company on my own, Tri-County trash was my service for 35 years this is the company my late husband worked for, the owner sold the business to ******************************* trash service around ****** ******* they then switched routes or something with ****'s trash service and it has been nothing but headaches after headaches so many people are upset with this company. I just want them to understand kindness goes a long, billing someone who has canceled service is not right

      Jacks Trash said I owed $50 for a trash bill for them to pick up, Once I paid they picked up 1 time and didn't the next week. When I called to cancel, I spoke with **** and she said I would be reimbursed the $50 by check that week. I haven't' received a check and when I called on 9/19/22 I was informed by ****** that they did pick up each week and I didn't cancel until the 29th of August. I am asking for my $50 to be returned that they did not provide service for. I have called to ask for records of billing and sent request and ********************* up on me. I've tried to call and she will not answer.

      My home is serviced by Jacks Trash and my pickup day is every Thursday. They fail to pickup up our trash on the scheduled pickup days. The last time they picked up our trash was July 9th. I called yesterday and spoke with ****** who promised a Sri we would be out yesterday but they were a no show, AGAIN. This happens regularly and I am current with my ****. I live in the country so I cannot just leave bags on the ground, otherwise it would be torn into by critters, which happened this week because ****** promised someone would be out yesterday. I have never seen a business operate like this, ever. They want the money but dont deliver on service. Poorest service Ive ever seen. Ive spoken with **** in the past as well as ****** but the issue doesnt get resolved. They always have an excuse that they cannot keep help or cant get parts for their equipment. How can a a company be in the service business but continually fail on their service? I spoke with ****** this morning and she was not aware my trash had not been picked up yesterday. How can this be? Had I not called and requested pickup AGAIN today, they would not have known. Me having to call every day just to get my trash picked up is getting ridiculous. My neighbors are also become very frustrated. We are hoping that somehow you can assist in bringing resolution to this matter. May seem like a small issue but in this heat it is a very massy and stinking one.Also, how can they charge for the weeks that they do not pick up our trash? I do not understand how they can legally charge for a service they are not providing. I appreciate your assistance in this matter. Kind regards,***

      Recently our driveway culvert collapsed, we fix it, spent a month working on it. Since it has been fixed the oil delivery truck, propane truck and 20 tons of concrete has been delivered across it. Today was trash pick up, coming home from work we noticed the new culvert had been crushed. Trash was the only person's to attempt to cross it. When we called them they basically said it was our problem not theirs. They didn't attempt to correct what they damaged nor did they call to tell us it happened.No trash pickup No phone call stating the damage No customer ********************** to solve the issue.
