    First time propane user - $500 min fill up. Takes 3 weeks to get someone out to fill it. No alerts when it gets low, so have to keep going out and checking the meter. If you cant pay the bill within their 30 day time frame theyll put a lien on your property. Have to pay it in full. I turned off my propane and am heating with electric heaters now. They want their money and they want it now. They do not work with you or show any sympathy for people that struggle. Youd think living in a small town we would all work together as a village, but they will not even let you make payments.
