    ****** ***** damaged my car, when I had it for repair. Rear end was damaged. Not sure how but dents etc

    Approximately 3 months ago ****** ***** bought my car for parts. We agreed on $400. I signed the title to him and he told me he would pay me tomorrow. To date, 3 months later he still has not paid me

    ****** told me he found 10 things that needed fixed on my car and gave me a quote he said he needed the money up front for parts cause he didnt have the cash on February 22nd 2024 I took him 2000 for parts and he told me the car would be done a week and a half tops March 1st i called to check on my car didnt get a answer March 4th I texted him askin how everything was goin he replied things goin smoothly then I drove by his shop to see my car outside where he had parked it the day I paid him the cash I called him he said he removed everything from under the hood and was waiting on parts March 14th I texted him how we looking he replied its time consuming but everything going good I asked how much time we looking at didnt get a reply March 18th I stopped in and was greeted by his ***** at the door he said ****** wasnt in but his car was outside I called him he said he apologize and said he had some issues March 20th he texts me saying he sorry he was trynna wrap it up I told him keep me in the loop March 27th I texted him how we looking he replied March 28th and said almost done with suspension and all my parts where in it will be done soon I asked for a legit date then I called he promised me it will be done next week on April 5th I texted him car gone be finished today he says no but it will be by Monday April 8th Im workin all weekend April 8th I texted him what day of the week he says tomorrow on April 9th I called him he told me to stop in 8am tomorrow on April 10th I arrived at 8:05 am to find him workin on my suspension and nothin else had been completed on my car he told me ill have everything done today all parts are here he steps out of the shop for about 10 minutes I got to look for him only to find him on the phone ordering parts for my car I then asked for my keys he refused so I called ************************* the cop told me I had to come back later once tires where on my car I now have my car with only 1 thing fixed out of 10 he wont give me money back nor parts
