    I hired ***** Reeves with Reeves Pools and General Contracting LLC **************************************************** to install my in-ground pool liner and paid $2,700 deposit via cashiers check on 9/26/22 which was cashed on 9/27/22 with the agreement he was to install my liner in the Spring April 2023. I contacted him on several occasions throughout the month of April and May. Unfortunately, he gave me the run around and on one occasion he even told me he was loaded up and on his way but never showed up. He eventually stopped returning my calls and or texts messages all together. Attached is a copy of my text communication and lack of his response.. I sent him a text and email both on May 25 2023 providing him with 5 day notice to either get the liner installed, provide us with the liner he was suppose to order or give us our deposit back so we can proceed with another company. He did not respond to either and has failed to do the work that he was paid to render Attached is a copy of my estimate, my deposit, the cashiers check , my text communication and the liner that was to be replaced..
