I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my year-long ****** reservation. The disorganization, lack of accountability, and resulting financial losses have left me not only frustrated but also significantly out of pocket, and my vacationone that I have meticulously planned and prepaid foris now on the verge of being completely ruined.Throughout this process, there has been an unacceptable level of confusion and blame-shifting between My Travel Agent, ******, and my bank. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues, there seems to be no clear resolution. Let me be clear: my bank has confirmed that they have not received any refunds or transfers, which directly contradicts previous communications suggesting that my funds were returned. I am at a point where I am continually throwing more money at this problem with no solution in ******** my travel agency, it was your duty to ensure that my reservations and payments were properly managed, regardless of internal changes or disruptions. The ongoing back-and-forth regarding who is to blame is both unacceptable and unprofessional. I have already invested an immense amount of time and money into this trip, and the lack of resolution has left me feeling deceived.Surely, as an established travel agency, you are insured and have policies in place to assist clients when complications arise. At this point, I expect Good Time Travel to activate whatever internal mechanisms or insurance policies you have to rectify this situation immediately. I should not be left alone to manage the chaos caused by your agencys actions or lack thereof.I demand an immediate investigation into the missing funds, clarification on how this situation will be resolved, and a comprehensive plan to ensure that my vacation can proceed as planned. Failure to address this matter will leave me with no choice but to explore further actions to recover my losses.

We are not Good Time Travel  - however we are familiar with **** ************ Hi Ho Vacations does not collect funds and deposit monies into our accounts for any guest, for any vacation, at any time.  We are a planning resource and guide guests through the travel process, which we have done extensively and appropriately for **** ************ The records of Mrs ****** refunds can be verified through ****************************** and the Executive Communication office.  The Executive Team at ****** have provided **** ***** with records of her processed refunds several times. Their contact information ************ ex.5273003.  Marine is our primary contact but **** ****** reservation is very well documented, anyone in this department can assist.  I've attached the Refund Validation Forms from **** ****** World Billing here as well.

My team and ******s Executive office has spent hours attempting to assist **** *****, only to be met with inconsistencies, inaccurate details and false statements regarding her refund status.   As a result, we have released **** ***** as a client without compensation to anyone at Hi Ho Vacations.   We have well documented our correspondence (Text and Emails) with **** ************ ******s Executive offices also have phone recordings of our sessions.  After review,  we are extremely confident in our no-fault position.
