    My mother was admitted to the Demaree Memory Care Unit on August 12, 2024, and remained there until January 13, 2025, at which time she passed away. While her care during her stay was generally satisfactory, we have no concerns regarding the quality of care she *********** father had a long-term care insurance policy, on her, that we submitted a claim against. We were collaborating with their financial representative responsible for completing the Continued Monthly Residence (CMR) form. All submissions were accurate except for November and January 2024. The November form contained an error, and the January form was never submitted.On February 12th, I contacted Demaree and was informed that ******, the individual responsible for handling the claims, was no longer employed by the facility. I requested to speak with someone who could assist me. They assured me that a representative would contact me. However, I did not receive a *********** calling the receptionist on the 18th, I obtained the contact information for their Executive Director, ***** *****, at **************. I have not received any further communication from Demaree since January 20, ******* a result of the incomplete forms, long-term insurance will not reimburse us until Demaree rectifies the errors and provides the additional necessary documentation. Demarees contact information is **************. I am asking the BBB to get involved in helping me get Demaree to file the correct forms.
