      Poor communication. Left water at kitchen sink on after inspection for at least 24hrs and I believe it was left on for 3 days on a well. Not good to run a well dry and damage pump. Would not respond to messages. Never appogized for leaving water on. Lied about inspecting septic then said he misread text message and didnt really inspect it because couldnt get lid off. This is going to be my daughters first house. Even being a new inexperienced home buyer she said this guy is terrible. I asked if he was going to refund her for the septic inspection I since he couldnt inspect it and image my surprise when he wouldnt respond. Terrible. Would never use for anything and would never refer to anyone.

      Worst experience ever! *** tells you what you want to hear and promises you an inspection in a certain time frame, but once you pay him, he doesn't deliver! We had him do our home inspection in April and took him 2 days after to give us the report! Then he told us he'd do a mold inspection for us in 3 days! 2 weeks went by, and still no mold inspection! He knew too it was the only thing holding us up from closing on a house. He tried to tell us after he took our money, he didn't do one because we don't have an attic. You knew that when you took our money! Also, we never asked for him to inspect an attic we wanted the whole house and one wall in particular! After that he still told us he'd do the mold inspection and we never got one! I finally just hired and other company and they got it done right away! Everyone stay away from *** he is a joke! Worse experience Ever!!!! He'll tell you what you want to hear until you pay him then he ghosts you & dodges your calls! He charged us for the mold inspection never did it and now won't return our money! Won't even answer the phone!
