    The communication between this company being a disabled woman in this country over the age of 60 has been downright degrading. I have been sent labels that I cant even send to the *** store. I called this company scam and spam. Im getting absolutely nowhere I bought these shoes on Amazon, perfectly brand new to sell again. This company has done nothing but send me useless labels or nothing at all for quite some time I want my refund.

    To whom it may concern,

    The customer has made a purchase on Amazon.com with Peltz Shoes being the third-party seller of the item the customer ordered. May 11th is when the order was placed and later on May 16th is when the customer reached out to ********************** to obtain a return label. The customer Ordered a size 11w and was not happy with the fit of the shoe. She reached out and wanted us to exchange the shoes to which Peltz Shoes does not offer any exchanges.

    All I do is fight for my rights. Im disabled. Im unable to get places to drop off packages, etc. etc. I need a label sent. I can barely walk my Amazon package. Say rain on disability alert look Im sorry I ordered the wrong size, but these are way too big.

    We do not have the ability to set up a package pick up for the customer, our policy is that the customer would go through Amazon to create the return the request to which she did then print the label and return the item. As a courtesy we went above and beyond for the customer to PRINT the label and physically mailed the label to the customer a day after requested and on May 8th you can see in the notes that I have provided in the screenshot files. We have tried to assist the customer to the best of our ability to come to a resolution for the customer to return it back to us. ********************** is not reliable for the printing and disbursing of the labels to the customers. I have attached the label here as well for review, and as well as I have a photo of the label on it way to the mailbox. While we understand that the customer is a struggling to get to the offices to return the items, we have done all that we can on our end to provide the support.
