    Terrible shipping partner. My order from fabletics is scheduled to ship to IL. The stupid company shipped from ** to IL and it sat for 3 days in IL (1 hr from my house) and then they ignorantly shipped to their facility Misourri instead of to my house and now my shipping eta is pushed back another 4 days late!!!!! Now my package has been to 5 of their facilities. 1 in CA, 2 in my delivery state and now 2 more in MO. I mean how blantantly pointless and wasteful can a company be!!!! This is the SECOND TIME theyve done this. Idk how a company this incompentent and wasteful is still in business. Absolute and utter incompentency 10/10 times with this terrible company!!!!!!! You should be shut down!!!!!

    On July 13th I ordered a package from an international store called Petimint, who sells clothing and cases for ******** switches. After a few days had passed, my order was shipped. This company has been very dodgy with communicating with me in terms of their store location, and their shipping procedures. I initially thought it was weird, and this is where my nerves began to set in. They told me they were located out of *****, but I order from overseas often and the package never went through any customs. My package began travel starting in ****** ***** while in possession of Pitney Bowes. Pitney Bowes is who I want to ultimately report, because they absolutely refuse to tell me where my package is, and when I contacted them they were very rude with me. On July 31st, my package landed in the *********, ******* Pitney Bowes facility. The following day my package left their facility and since then I have had no update on the whereabouts of my item, and I'm afraid it is lost. I've contacted ***** and the lady I spoke with suggested I contact the BBB and report not just the retailer, but mostly Pitney Bowes because they refuse to tell me where my item is and I have paid $35.00 for the item. I don't know what to do here as I've hit brick walls. If it helps at all, I can provide a tracking number below: ********************************** Can anyone please assist?

    Thank you for contacting Pitney Bowes. We have investigated 4207233592748927005455000395614838, purchased from retailer "Alibaba". Pitney Bowes received notification on 23 July that a parcel would be shipped to ** from the retailer, and we processed it through our ******, ** hub on 28 July. ******************** is correct that we handed the parcel to **** on 31 July.


    Unfortunately, we could not determine a timeline for **** handling, as we were no longer in possession of the item. The tracking information we received from **** indicates that they delivered the item to ******************** on 15 August. We would like to apologize on behalf of all parties involved for the delay in this issue, but we are happy that ******************** did receive her item.

    I have ordered the same package from a seller 3 times and it has never been delivered and it always happens when it gets to the Pitney bows facility in ******************* And when I try to contact them they tell me that they cant talk to me and I have to have **** contact them and I have and still nothing happens thats just like stealing my mail from my mailbox and from what I have read about them this happens to a lot of people something needs to be done to this company for stealing peoples mail and refusing to deliver the items

    I ordered a product from ***************** (hobade.com) Aug. 26. It was shipped out and I received a confirmation with a tracking number. The tracking number indicated that this parcel has been sitting at this Pitney Bowes processing plant for, in 2 days, 2 months. I contacted the seller and they said there is nothing they can do. I also contacted the **** and because it is not in their hands yet they can't do anything. I tried calling the number listed on ******* **************, and the Lady - sounding foreign, was really nasty and wouldn't give me any information at all - All she kept asking was, "Did the vendor tell you to call." I've read the comments left on ****** and it seems like I'm not the only person having problems with my shipment being held up at this facility. I've emailed the Vendor and asked for a refund but I haven't heard back yet. I'm not sure what is going on at this Pitney Bowes location but I'd like to have my package found and delivered.
