    If there was an option for zero stars that would have been my choice. I have spent the last 6 days making multiple calls. ****, *******, ************************** and ****. Each representative promising to take care of this mess. Its still a mess and I still have a broken mower. Save your $$$. Youll end up paying out of pocket with the insurance.

    Terrible service. They call and leave a message without giving any information on what is going on. **************** that they told us to bring the Generator to told us that he refuses to work on it! He says that he has been getting the run around about the part he needs. I called the manufacturer and they told me that I should have been referred to them directly since my generator was less than a year old! I feel as if they are playing the game so I run out of my one-year warranty. I paid a pretty ***** to have this service ADDED onto my purchase with Tractor Supply. At this point, I want my money back and they can take the Generator back and give me a FULL refund! This is beyond frustrating!
