  Not happy. Mid 2024, **** was called to my residence due to a leak in the garage. Upon inspection, **** stated that the leak was due to a bad roof and the roof would need to be replaced to resolve the issue. On May 16th, the leak returned in the same location. When I contacted ****, he stated that he would send a roofer out. The roofer came out and stated that it was a window issue and had nothing to do with the roof.

  Definitely would not recommend this company! Their sales guy sold ** on a roof and gutters, gutter guards and downspouts. Color of shingles was wrong to begin with and the gutter issue never has been resolved. We asked for our paperwork detailing what they put on the house (shingle, color, warranty etc...), never received anything, they do not return phone calls. Pretty shady folks. Sales people look nice, drive nice cars, etc...all smoke and mirrors by our experience. No Integrity to their work. Too many issues to address in limited space! Buyer beware...go elsewhere!

  We have documentation from ***** that Estate Gray is the shingle color you selected. You also sent pictures to ******* where the shingle packaging says Estate ****. The gutters.....our installer has been out there multiple times to try and address the situation. You did not want gutter boards (fascia) installed on the exposed rafter tails so the gutter needed to be wedged. Prior to us removing your gutter, they were slanted significantly down and didn't even collect the runoff from the roof. Until you install fascia, this is probably going to be an issue. We strive to make all customers happy but sometimes, its impossible. If we made a mistake, we will gladly admit to it but the color that was selected is what was installed.

  I worked with **************** from start to finish. ******* was incredibly professional and helpful, including but not limited to scheduling, shingle selection and coordination of the job itself.   Worked with this company through my insurance we had new roof new gutter new siding and new porch every job they have done has had to be redone left holes in my trim on my outside of the house covered it up with painted boards or vinyl told me trim boards was rotten so they r not fixing it window sill got broken again saying it is all rotted not our problem and then I asked for gutter boards to be put on I am paying out of pocket and charging me ******* for just painted gutter boards not wrapped or anything not satisfied at all never again make themselves out to be a great company not such good contractors like they say tell you one thing you get another

  They have been here four times trying to fix things and all they r doing is just covering things up and using caulk have asked for over a week for my roof to be repaired and still no one and my gutter to be fixed again no one yet. We have worked on this job way to long we started the end of July and still finding mistakes they have made the come out and redo they have worked in my porch 4 times and it still is cut to short so dont meet up with my post the bottom looks like a hack saw cut them so ridged cement wall got loosened up supposed to have caulked it and made it tight again still loose some of it has caulk and some of it dont my gutter boards have junks taken out of them where they was hit from siding going up their excuse was the banding at the store not at all banding its obvious and painted over that to make it better still see the kinks out of it

  This company has an outstanding customer service! *** helped tremendously with the insurance company so to review and clarify the need of the full roof replacement. They certainly know their business and how to provide great customer service. Thanks ****!

  We had **** replace the gutters on our home. **** C was good to work with, answered questions in a timely manner and checked in making sure we were happy with the work. Would be happy to use them again.
