    On February 22, 2025 my son who is 8 attended a kids night out at Wrights Gymnastics and Ninjazone- Southeast and was treated poorly by the staff. They put undue stress on my son and didn't handle the incident professionally. I have emailed them asking for my $30 back that I paid because he was not able to participate in the activity that I paid for. If I had known he was being treated poorly than I would have came and picked him up. The incident was between my son and another kid and the staff told my son to stop crying they didn't want to hear his tears. It was a nerf battle and the other kid lied to my son about being on his team so he could take him out. My son was then sat out by the staff and told to keep quiet even though they knew how the other kid lied. How they handled my son being upset is unacceptable. He wasn't able to participate in the nerf battle and then he was so upset that he couldn't enjoy the evening. He was put under alot of emotional distress from the staff including the manager.

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by ***** ****** regarding her refund request for our event. We want to clarify that we have already processed and sent her refund for this event in accordance with our records.

    However, we would also like to bring to your attention that each time Ms. ****** attends an event at one of our facilities, she subsequently demands a refund. While we strive to provide high-quality experiences for all our participants, we find this pattern concerning. We work hard to maintain fairness and consistency in our refund policies and believe it is important to ensure that our events remain sustainable for all attendees.
