    Gave me a 2 hour show up time. After two hours PAST the two hour window and several attempts to contact the groomer I got no responses, I cancelled. Still no response explaining the complete ghosting of the appointment. What made it worse was my dog needs medication for grooming appointments so I medicated for no reason! This was was the second appointment. The first she showed up 1.5hour past the show up time and only completed 1/2 my dog but still charged the full amount. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    Does not show up. Makes excuses why the grooming is so bad, yet has the dog in the truck for hours. Do not recommend.
