    On March 9, 2023, I made and order and paid in full for a headstone for my mother with Greenwood Monument. I was instructed at the time of purchase that they would contact the cemetery to ensure the stone size would be acceptable for the location and that the headstone order would not be placed until this authorization was given and I paid for the foundation and that GM would call me in the next two days to confirm the details. Over the last six months, I have made phone contact three times, at which point I was informed that they would contact me back after they had more details. Again, I never received any communication after any of those calls. I made contact in writing on July 7, 2023, again making a request for communication and received no response. I then addressed the company in person two weeks later and was again told they didn't have any details, but would confirm my order preferences and contact the cemetery and contact me by phone. It has been another six weeks and I still can receive no information. I have been more than patient and this is a very emotional experience, after losing my mother unexpectedly. I want this problem resolved. My preference would be to receive a full refund so I can begin this process again with a more professional and competent company.
