    All-in painted my existing cabinet boxes in my kitchen which to my dismay they rolled. The doors were newly made and they took those to the shop to be prepped and sprayed. I could call them 6-12 times a month with a new chip in the doors. They offer lifetime touch *** but good luck getting them to come out and do it. I often wait 2+ weeks (currently a month wait this time around) just to get a touch up scheduled. The cabinet boxes dont look great nor do our end caps because they were rolled. The customer service is terrible, I guess they got their money so they dont care anymore. Find someone else

    Regarding the cabinet finish and touch-up needs, we want to offer context for others reading this: while our coatings are durable and backed by a Lifetime Touch-Up Promise, no cabinet paint is completely chip-proofespecially in high-contact areas like trash pull-outs or drawers where utensils can jam. The photos shared reflect the kind of wear we commonly see in these areas after daily use over three years, which is precisely why we offer the lifetime service.

    As you noted, your cabinet boxes were brush-and-rolled rather than sprayed. In 2021, this was a cost-saving option that we offered to homeowners with full transparency about the finish difference. Since then, **** discontinued that approach and now only offer sprayed finishes for consistency and long-term quality.

    Its also true that in rare cases, hinge screws can strip during removal or reinstallation. If that happened, we are happy to assist in correcting it.

    Touch-up scheduling can vary based on seasonality and demand, but we typically complete them within 30 days. Over the past three years, weve completed five touch-ups at your requestincluding two in the last six months. Were committed to honoring our promise, and we will continue to support youthough we also ask for mutual understanding on what reasonable expectations look like for this complimentary service.

    All In Painting was wonderful to work with. From our first contact with *****, coordinator ******* to project lead ******, to the crew led by Axel, they were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Their work was top-notch and they were not satisfied until we were satisfied. I would highly recommend All In Painting.
