    On May 26th, contractor was hired to remove old concrete from a portion of the driveway and replace with asphalt. Upon arrival, before any work was done, the owner (***********************) immediately tried to sell me on another product and service and I refused, I could tell he didn't want to do this small job.No problem with removal, but then contractor left for 2.5 hours without any notice other than they were going to go get rid of the concrete. Upon return they began replacing the asphalt but the problem came at the finishing stages. When they hand rolled/pressed the asphalt, they left impressions which now holds water. Also the pitch/angle/grade of the replacement does not grade properly and isn't consistent with existing asphalt drive. I emailed and left voice mails after the work on Friday and Saturday and didn't call back until Monday upset that I was "bothering him on a holiday". I pointed out Friday (5/26) wasn't a holiday and as business owner it is your responsibility to communicate with your customer. He continued to get angry because I didn't approve of his work and for bothering him. I asked him what he could to do make the repair better, but continued to focus on me interrupting his holiday and ended the call.
