    On December 28, 2023, I put in a mobile pick up order through the official subway app. I had ordered a foot long regular sub #** on artisan Italian bread, toasted with provolone cheese, lettuce, green peppers, red onions, banana peppers, regular mayonnaise, Baja Chipod, Bacon $3.00, and Pepperoni $2.00. The sandwich I received was not toasted and did not have any bacon on it. While checking out for my order, I also applied a $2 reward I had to take my total amount from $17 to $**-ish. It was order # *****C70-B3. I have tried to contact subway corporate help and have been directed to speaking with the owner since its a privately owned franchise. He has not offered any restitution for this issue, and has refused to take any of my calls at his restaurant, or return any of my emails.
