    Paid in full for pool project including concrete. I have had mutiple POC's over the past several months. I have paid in full and there are still reamining open actions.-The concrete was poured incorrectly and company agreed that they will make sure it is corrected.-The automatic pool cleaner was broken and they took it and were to replace with new one (haven't yet)- The liner was the incorrect size and supposed to be replaced.The most recent POC who had been really helpful told me he hadn't been paid in 2 weeks and quit.I have tried contacting the owner several times to get an update on the actions above and he has not been responsive. I need help to get these items completed as agreed upon.I have images, text communication, email communication etc to back up this complaint. Would love to speak with someone to see what my options are.

    Scam Artist Never completed our pool. Calls ignored. Complete automation package purchased and now no one knows how to install it. Weve been getting the run around for months. 11 months later (summer) and pool is still not operable. Excuse after excuse, but never live up to their responsibilities. Owner is a scam artist. He will not return calls. Hes to afraid. Hes a *****.
