I recently purchased a 2012 Acadia GMC from Certified Auto Dealers on ******* and County line Rd. I gave a down payment of $3,000 dollars and looked at the Car Report. There were only one prior accident that showed on the report and it had said it only had damaged to the fender which was fixed! I have only had this truck 5 months and now the whole under body is falling apart. There are issues with my differentiator, axles, steering column and power steering system including the hoses!! I am a single mother of 4 and can not afford to pay ***** dollars for my truck to be fixed when I only have ***** to pay off! They will not trade me cars or pay for the maintenance and allow me to pay the balance on a divided payment plan added to my original payments. They will not help me at all!!! Yes I bought it with a As Is Warranty, but all of these issues were hidden because I asked. I have to a reliable vehicle for my children. This is a very janky car lot and now I am stuck with a vehicle that I have to make payments on but cant drive or fix because it doesnt make sense to fix it when it cost more than the vehicle is worth. Can somebody please help me! I can be reached via telephone at ********** or **********.

Ms. ***** did come to Certified Auto Dealers December 27, 2023 and purchased a 2012 GMC Acadia.  As she stated she did have the opportunity to review the AutoCheck report for the vehicle; upon reviewing she proceeded to purchase the vehicle.  As she stated she did understand the vehicle was sold As-Is from Certified Auto Dealers.  At the time of purchase, Ms. ***** had the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty but she declined. Being that Ms. ***** is a returning customer of **********************, I do not feel that it is a fair description that the car lot was described as very janky or that issues were hidden.   It is our goal to try and make every customer happy, but we do not feel that the request of Ms. ***** to pay for her repairs and apply to loan is a fair request. Certified Auto Dealers cannot be responsible for maintenance nor repairs of customers vehicles after time of purchase. If you have further questions or need to discuss this matter further, please contact me directly.
