    Around the Clock sold me a supposed high efficiency furnace in which I paid $5522 nine months later the motor went out. Another serviceman came out and I was told it is NOT high efficiency yet I was charged for high efficiency. I feel he is a fraud. I have been without heat in my home for over a month and Ive been heating my home with the stove. *** called and when the wife answered I explained to her the problem and told her I wanted to return the merchandise she hung on me.Ive since tried calling another one of their business phone numbers and the numbers are no longer in service. Please help me resolve this problem. Im stuck paying a large amount of money and have no working furnace.

    We Installed a Mobile home furnace for customer in ********. During the estimate we discussed efficiency levels and the customer chose the high efficient furnace which is 80%. Customer did not want the ultra high efficient which is 95% efficient due to the increase in cost.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I asked for high efficiency and did not receive even that. And at no time was the Ultra high efficiency even mentioned!! To me they fraud me out of money and trying to get away with it. I had the furnace checked because it went out after they supposedly installed a high efficiency furnace and I was told it was NOT high efficiency. I called to return the merchandise and they never responded to my calls. They answered once and I told her I wanted to return the merchandise and she hung up on me, and they never came to pick up the merchandise.

    Hello **** ** have never done anything fraudulent, everything was written down for you and you were given a receipt as to what we Installed. ** would never write one thing and Install something different. You can ****** the model and serial number of the furnace and it will tell you the type it is. 80% and above is high efficient. ** did nothing fraudulent.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I wouldnt make false complaints on anyone had they sold me what I was asking for. If they have proof that shows the receipt that shows it is high efficiency and that I signed then show them to me. They never gave me anything that shows I even have warranty. Another serviceman came and reserviced my furnace and he said it isnt high efficiency that Round the Clock screwed me over .. Im sending the receipt that they gave me and no where on that receipt does it say its high efficient..

    Good morning, that receipt is from Square showing what you paid. We did nothing fraudulent. Like I said, ****** the model and serial  number it will tell you what type of furnace it is. There are times that another service person will bad mouth another Company. I have noting else to say in this matter other than we did not take advantage of you. We have been in business for 28 yrs and we have never done anything fraudulent.
