They sent a very sick person to my home to take care of service of my home. The tech looked very near death. I would assume that if a person is sick that they would not be allowed to work and if they showed up to work management would send them home. This company should be looked into as a whole because if I get sick because he came into my home sick without a mask I will make a formal complaint and other options.

Guardian pest control almost killed my dogs!!! They hired staff (*****) that does not have an exterminator license to place rodent pesticides. They failed to place the pesticides to the right place despite multiple warnings of dogs in the house. They left the pesticide box open (they were supposed to be sealed box that you cannot even hammer those open). They used the most deadly pesticide bromethalin, a neurotoxin that does not have an antidote, and one of my dogs might be permanently injured by this. After the incident, the senior manager ****** claimed that it is the customers' liability to make sure the pesticide boxes are sealed and placed in the right place and thus, they would not take any responsibilities. I cannot imagine the consequences if this incident happened to kids instead of dogs. We are currently pursuing legal actions.

In response to your claims, all our products are EPA approved for use in homes and businesses. They are placed in Tamper proof secure stations to prevent any child or pet from gaining access to the bait.. The stations are then placed where rodent activity is noted usually behind appliances and furniture and never placed in an area where a Child or a pet would come in contact with a the station. Mice never travel in the middle of the floor but sneak behind items. Besides safety this is why a station is placed in the out of the way areas. Sometimes if a station is moved, it's from a cleaning crew or even a curious pet. The treatment was performed by our trained and licensed technician. Although very rare, if a dog would chew through a station, the rodenticide used is at a very low toxicity level designed to kill a mouse weighing 2 oz. The amount of rodenticide to harm a 60 pound dog would never be used anywhere we perform a service. The incident understandably caused you concern and in fear for your pet health you went to an emergency vet. We have reimbursed you completely for your visit to the vet and also your travel expense to the vet . On our next service, we will ask you to follow us during the service so we can agree what areas your pets cannot come in contact with the tamper proof stations. We are truly sorry you had to go through such an ordeal.
