    The vehicle was purchased on Dec 1 2021 with a $1,000 down payment and a ****** mile warranty or 12 month warranty whichever was greater. My car was finananced for $22,000 and the payment was monthly for $498 I had the car for 11 months in a half ,after 2 weeks od the purchase of the vehicle i started to notice problems with the engine and pedal, it would accelerate on it on with my assistance of pushing thevpedal which was dangerous and scary. I informed Smart buy Auto of the situation and they sent me to their mechanic to have it looked at, they change the pedal out and said it was nothing wrong with the engine, they cleared the check engine from all the codes poping up and a 2 months later dealing with the same issue, I called Smart buy auto again and spoke to Walle again about the same issue, he act like he didnt want to help me told me he didnt know who my warrenty was threw,but told me to take it back to the person he gave me that supposedly fix it before. I did that they changed the pedal out again but i was still having the acceleration issues plus the check engine he cleared for the second time came back on, they told me the third time it was the oxgen sensor, i had that replace but the cold didnt go away car still drive but nobody could figure out what the code was i change every part that was ask to change which is,timing belt, 2 oxgen sensors, pedal 2 and fees i paid for services. Still no change. A couple months go past the car start shaking really bad, I called Walle again from Smart buy auto now he gives me the warrenty information to have it serviced,I call them they tell me my warrenty isnt no longer valid due to me reaching ****** miles exactly that it was nothing i could do, my car a couple days later just wouldn't start i took it to a mechanic and found out the Hybrid battery was dead and needs to be replaced and it ***** dollars to have it replace. I had the car not even extactly a whole year before it stop working, Im financing this vechile and i refuse to pay on a car that is not driveable. Can u help me please

    With Smart Auto Buy I purchased a Dodge Journey for $1,000.00 and they approved me to drive off the lot! A week and half goes by and they said that I'm not approved for the vehicle! They exchanged the vehicle for me which was a ****** Rogue 2013 that was very ***** and not reliable! Now I cannot drive The ****** Rogue because it recently had engine failure! Which is going to cost $3,000.00! Now I do not have transportation to get to work! They scammed me!
