    I purchased gift certificates for trail ride. They were unable to honor them b/c they have fewer horses and said they would refund my gift certificates and mail me a refund. They have not and are no longer responding to my inquiries. I even mailed them (US mail). I dont think they should be able to keep over $100 of my money without repercussion.

    I have spoke with her and posted on my public business page that we are closing down and to contact me via my phone number. The last post I made about closing down and issuing refunds was September 9th. Refunds to be issued in November. We also gave her several options to ***** the horse rides and she refused those options and insisted a refund which gift certificates never are refunded any where else, you have to use them or loose them with other companies. I was unable to do it at that time she wanted so for a business standpoint, I have all but responded to ALL about when the new refunds are being issued and no sooner will they be. November 1st is when they expire and that is when I am offering refunds for those who send pictures of their gift certificate, address and phone number.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    The business owner has not spoken with me, that is not true. See the attached screenshots where she said she would refund me and where she said she cannot assist me with a ride? She never said to call and I did send a picture of the gift certificate - you can see that in the thread. Do i need to send it again to somewhere else? I even mailed a letter asking about it (US mail) and got no response. My cell is ************. Where should I send the pics of the gift certificate to again? I am again reattaching the correspondence we had that said she would refund the gift certificate that also has the photo of it. It's also not true that I repeatedly refused times! You can see what the correspondence was in the attached screenshots, so I am really confused why she said that. Maybe she didn't realize i had documentation. 

    Thanks and please let me know where I should send the photos of the gift certificate. I did already send her the pictures on the ** messenger thread but can text them somewhere too.

    Do you want to provide the attached to her to jog her memory?
