    I received your catalog in the mail. Looked up your reviews and decided to order puzzles anyway.First of all, the service was the best I have ever received from a puzzle company and I tried many. Your price was not inflated and shipping was very reasonable. I ordered six puzzles. From order date to receipt 7 days.I will be buying many more puzzles from you. Thank you very much.

    We purchased 2 puzzle caddys, one as a gift. 3 months later, we took our caddy on a trip and found that the puzzle pieces were falling out, as the velcro flaps did not fully cover the openings, nor did the space between the 2 large cover flaps. This is a faulty design, not a manufacturing defect. Spilsbury refused to allow a return because the 90-day warranty period had expired. Warranties cover faulty manufacturing but not inherent design flaws. So now we have a useless caddy and a puzzle that may or may not have pieces missing.
    As we have purchased from Spilsbury for several years, this was very disappointing, and we will not purchase anything from them again.
