    On March 27, 2025 I zelle'd $500.00 to ******* Morley to provide a business plan for my mortgage business. Up until I paid her, I heard from her regularly. Once I paid her, she ghosted me, responding to my emails and texts days later or not at all. I text her on May 15, 2025 stating I wanted a refund since she did nothing. She responded saying she could not do that since she did work for me. I never received any work from her. I told her she had until May 26, 2025 to refund my money or I was going to file a police report, make a claim here and take her to small claims court.
