    They locked my account because they somehow messed up my phone number so I wasn't able to receive a code then ghosted me for 2 days, would not even try to fix it! Then when I got sick of being in a chat for 2 days I called was put on hold 6 times and was told there was no supervisor available, I said I would wait until I could speak to someone I was hung up on. I highly recommend you don't waste your time or money on this crooked casino!!

    I was there 6/25/23 evening played the roulette machine. The very first game I selected a total of ten numbers for some reason the last number I selected highlighted it was selected but didnt pay out as it was the winning number. After trying to figure out why I didnt get paid I looked across the connected machine seats to see several consumers was having issues with the machine waiting for an attendant who didnt come for ****hr wait when they did come one tech recalibrated the machine seeing the it was not properly functioning he proceeded to call the supervisors then literally acted as if the machine was working properly. The supervisors then acted as if I was lying then refused to run the cameras back stated that not all cameras are working. The whole machine should not have been service. Didnt get paid for 5$-$175 and they took my other $85. Pretty shady when it comes to there errors.
